Location and indoor pool.
Pay per view, fitness center, ice machine, internet, all out of order. Desk clerk did not seem concerned.
Desk clerk and breakfast hostess did not seem concerned with guests needs. Facility needs a maintenance staff. The ice machine in the lobby had leaked all over the floor. The business center (computer)needed a mouse and the internet could not be accessed. There were flayers advertising pay per view movies, but that didn't work. Easy access of the interstate.
Hallways and rooms smelled like body odor. Stairwells had same trash all week long. No microwave or fridge. Had floor lamp but no plug in to use.
Economy! Smelled terrible. Lock on door broken. Sheets on bed were stained in several places. Hotel in need of deep cleaning and minor room repairs.
